I’m Heidi Mollentze — a multi-award-winning international coach, communication specialist, and proudly South African award-winning actress with over three decades of experience on stage, TV, film, and radio.

What makes my work unique is the combination of performance, transformational tools, and a deep understanding of the human spirit. For years, I taught stage, screen, and speaking voice at a globally recognised university for television and film. I now bring that same depth of insight and practical experience into the coaching and communication space — helping people and teams express themselves with greater clarity, confidence, and presence.

With internationally accredited training in Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) and Hypnotherapy, I work with clients around the world to help them shift limiting patterns, find their voice, and step into real change. This work earned me multiple international accolades.

Whether I’m working with a corporate team on high-impact communication or guiding an individual through a powerful personal breakthrough, my aim is always the same: To help people connect better — with others, and with themselves. I work with individuals, groups, and businesses, both online and in-person, and I’m based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
